{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-48.29.410","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 48.29.410","heading":"Rating organizations—License applications.","body":"Any person, whether domiciled within or outside this state, except as provided in this section, may make application to the commissioner for a license as a rating organization for title insurance. The application must include:\n(1) A copy of the applicant's constitution, articles of agreement or association, certificate of incorporation, or trust agreement, and of its bylaws, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of its business;\n(2) A list of its members and a list of its subscribers;\n(3) The name and address of a resident of this state upon whom notices or orders of the commissioner or process affecting such rating organization may be served; and\n(4) A statement of its qualifications as a rating organization.","path":["Title 48","Chapter 48.29"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=48.29.410","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:13:54Z","sha256":"371d58aca985a9b80ba6fa5fbd788ae57957192a9d89f83caab9b9e3554cc4fd","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-48.29.405","next":"us-wa/rcw-48.29.415"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
