{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-48.43.121","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 48.43.121","heading":"Ground ambulance services organizations—Coverage.","body":"(1) For health plans issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2025, a health carrier shall provide coverage for ground ambulance transports to behavioral health emergency services providers for enrollees who are experiencing an emergency medical condition as defined in RCW 48.43.005.
