{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-48.49.080","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 48.49.080","heading":"Health care provider—Requirement to provide certain information on website or upon consumer request—Requirement to submit network status information to carriers.","body":"(1)(a) A health care provider must provide the following information on its website, if one is available:\n(i) The listing of the carrier health plan provider networks with which the provider contracts, based upon the information provided by the carrier pursuant to RCW 48.43.730(7); and\n(ii) The notice of consumer rights developed under RCW 48.49.060.\n(b) If the health care provider does not maintain a website, this information must be provided to consumers upon an oral or written request.\n(2) Posting or otherwise providing the information required in this section does not relieve a provider of its obligation to comply with the provisions of this chapter.\n(3) An in-network provider must submit accurate information to a carrier regarding the provider's network status in a timely manner, consistent with the terms of the contract between the provider and the carrier.","path":["Title 48","Chapter 48.49"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=48.49.080","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:15:33Z","sha256":"7b5f6b6ca9c9a5d1206de7f915b46812a3f27c404b5a62f84996043741649534","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-48.49.070","next":"us-wa/rcw-48.49.090"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
