{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-50.06.020","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 50.06.020","heading":"Allowable beneficiaries.","body":"The benefits of this chapter shall be allowed only to:\n(1) Individuals who have suffered a temporary total disability and have received compensation under the industrial insurance or crime victims compensation laws of this state, any other state or the United States for a period of not less than thirteen consecutive calendar weeks by reason of such temporary total disability; or\n(2) Individuals who are reentering the workforce after an absence of not less than thirteen consecutive calendar weeks resulting from temporary total physical disability because of a nonwork-related injury or illness: PROVIDED, That individuals authorized to receive benefits under this subsection are required to meet other eligibility requirements under Title 50 RCW.","path":["Title 50","Chapter 50.06"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=50.06.020","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:23:50Z","sha256":"061925a9f7029b990f1238aeaabbb2693f8a327d810d5f58c8572c647d3d2067","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-50.04.900","next":"us-wa/rcw-50.06.030"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
