{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-50.08.020","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 50.08.020","heading":"Divisions established.","body":"There are hereby established in the employment security department two coordinate divisions to be known as the unemployment compensation division, and the Washington state employment service division, each of which shall be administered by a full time salaried supervisor who shall be an assistant to the commissioner and shall be appointed by him or her. Each division shall be responsible to the commissioner for the dispatch of its distinctive functions.
