The department of commerce must provide registered eligible organizations with notices of opportunity to compete to purchase once it receives such a notice. The registry must include the following information:\n(a) The name and mailing address of the eligible organization; and\n(b) A statement that the eligible organization wishes to purchase or lease a manufactured/mobile home community.\n(2) The department of commerce must provide a copy of the registry required to be maintained under this section to any person upon request.","path":["Title 59","Chapter 59.20"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=59.20.350","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:34:58Z","sha256":"9fcdea68f4db50f2b1ca9585b36939227e3f36c0d8ed4ca1f0fa31e6d7ff5e05","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-59.20.345","next":"us-wa/rcw-59.20.355"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
