{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-65.20.090","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 65.20.090","heading":"Eliminating title—Fees.","body":"The director may, in addition to the title fees and other fees and taxes required under chapter 46.12 RCW establish by rule a reasonable fee to cover the cost of processing documents and performing services by the department required under this chapter.\nFees collected by the department for services provided by the department under this chapter shall be forwarded to the state treasurer.
