{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-68.05.155","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 68.05.155","heading":"Prearrangement sales license.","body":"To enter into prearrangement contracts as defined in RCW 68.46.010, a cemetery authority shall have a valid prearrangement sales license. To apply for a prearrangement sales license, a cemetery authority shall:\n(1) File with the board its request showing:\n(a) Its name, location, and organization date;\n(b) The kinds of cemetery business or merchandise it proposes to transact;\n(c) A statement of its current financial condition, management, and affairs on a form satisfactory to or furnished by the board; and\n(d) Such other documents, stipulations, or information as the board may reasonably require to evidence compliance with the provisions of this chapter; and\n(2) Deposit with the department the fees required by this chapter to be paid for filing the accompanying documents, and for the prearrangement sales license, if granted.","path":["Title 68","Chapter 68.05"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=68.05.155","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:45:14Z","sha256":"74db707bfa21b1db3941b91f01b0c9111122e15932d354ecf94df914b0ad8507","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-68.05.150","next":"us-wa/rcw-68.05.160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
