{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-68.46.160","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 68.46.160","heading":"Contract forms—Filing.","body":"No cemetery authority shall use a prearrangement contract without first filing the form of such contract with the board: PROVIDED, That the board may order the cemetery authority to cease using any prearrangement contract form which:\n(1) Is in violation of any provision of this chapter;\n(2) Is misleading or deceptive; or\n(3) Is being used in connection with solicitation by false, misleading or deceptive advertising or sales practices.\nUse of a prearrangement contract form which is not on file with the board or which the board has ordered the cemetery authority not to use shall be a violation of this chapter.","path":["Title 68","Chapter 68.46"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=68.46.160","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:45:41Z","sha256":"5954152a88ae0888d845e8ad101ab9c400c92f3ad42684aa18f87dbc262610b9","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-68.46.130","next":"us-wa/rcw-68.46.170"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
