{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-69.06.045","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 69.06.045","heading":"Application of chapter to temporary food service establishments.","body":"As used in this section, \"temporary food service establishment\" means a food service establishment operating at a fixed location for a period of time of not more than twenty-one consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration. This chapter applies to temporary food service establishments with the following exceptions:\n(1) Only the operator or person in charge of a temporary food service establishment shall be required to secure a food and beverage service workers' permit; and\n(2) The operator or person in charge of a temporary food service establishment shall secure a valid food and beverage service workers' permit before commencing the food handling operation.","path":["Title 69","Chapter 69.06"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=69.06.045","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:10:52Z","sha256":"7a043e8ac712dc4651112189b0929a5e4dfeacf5767c4242b130eed1ce97f052","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-69.06.040","next":"us-wa/rcw-69.06.050"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
