{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-70.127.100","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 70.127.100","heading":"Licenses—Issuance—Prerequisites—Transfer or assignment—Surveys.","body":"Upon receipt of an application under RCW 70.127.080 for a license and the license fee, the department shall issue a license if the applicant meets the requirements established under this chapter. A license issued under this chapter shall not be transferred or assigned without thirty days prior notice to the department and the department's approval. A license, unless suspended or revoked, is effective for a period of two years, however an initial license is only effective for twelve months.
