{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-70.15.060","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 70.15.060","heading":"No effect on health facility credentialing and privileging standards.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n(a) \"Credentialing\" means obtaining, verifying, and assessing the qualifications of a health practitioner to provide treatment, care, or services in or for a health facility.\n(b) \"Privileging\" means the authorizing by an appropriate authority, such as a governing body, of a health practitioner to provide specific treatment, care, or services at a health facility subject to limits based on factors that include license, education, training, experience, competence, health status, and specialized skill.\n(2) This chapter does not affect credentialing or privileging standards of a health facility and does not preclude a health facility from waiving or modifying those standards while an emergency declaration is in effect.","path":["Title 70","Chapter 70.15"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=70.15.060","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:37:21Z","sha256":"c50f4d7a8abc85aad24495958839aa83f9798ea6f27022e2fd53825b0bee0bb8","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-70.15.050","next":"us-wa/rcw-70.15.070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
