The secretary may require the local administrator to maintain acceptable accountability of seed grant funding;\n(3) To coordinate and avoid duplication of public health and other health care services;\n(4) To assess and analyze community health care professional needs;\n(5) To write a health care professional recruitment and retention strategic plan;\n(6) To screen and contract with consultants for technical assistance if the project site was selected to receive funding and assistance is needed;\n(7) To monitor and evaluate the project in an ongoing manner;\n(8) To provide data and comply with other requirements of the administrator that are intended to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects;\n(9) To assure that specific populations with unmet health care needs have access to services.","path":["Title 70","Chapter 70.185"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=70.185.060","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:54:24Z","sha256":"2257867d5f867ec779ddfbbdb3139ce5b24980611161dc2450c58842840c3703","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-70.185.050","next":"us-wa/rcw-70.185.070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
