{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-70.410.040","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 70.410.040","heading":"Registration.","body":"(1) A person must apply to the department to register with the state emergency medical reserve corps.\n(2) To qualify to register as a health practitioner member under this chapter, a person must pass a background check and be licensed and in good standing in this state.\n(3) To qualify to register as a support member under this chapter, a person must pass a background check.
