{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-70a.315.070","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 70A.315.070","heading":"Criminal penalties.","body":"Any person found guilty of wilfully violating, without sufficient cause, any of the provisions of this chapter, or permit or order issued pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of up to ten thousand dollars and costs of prosecution, or by imprisonment for up to three hundred sixty-four days, or by both.
