{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-70a.425.130","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 70A.425.130","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, any person violating the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n(2) A second or subsequent violation of the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter is a gross misdemeanor.
