{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-70a.535.190","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 70A.535.190","heading":"Department duty to publish—Analysis—Forecasts.","body":"(1) The department shall publish on its website analysis and forecasts of the credit markets created by this chapter, including:\n(a) The prices of credits in Washington and the price of credits as compared to other jurisdictions implementing similar clean fuels policies;\n(b) Trends in credit supply and demand;\n(c) Activities in the credit markets, including volume of credits transferred and price per credit, categorized by fuel type;\n(d) The share of deficits generated by fuel type, and the share of credits generated by fuel type; and\n(e) Trends in in-state biofuel feedstock production types and volumes.\n(2) The department must consider the analysis in subsection (1) of this section in adopting rules to implement the requirements of this chapter.","path":["Title 70A","Chapter 70A.535"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=70A.535.190","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T04:03:59Z","sha256":"bf231e7a8dcd27dbbd03f2098736f7558ad4109a179f78ca538ef0d0f30f5eb2","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-70a.535.180","next":"us-wa/rcw-70a.540.010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
