(Expires July 1, 2030.)","body":"(1) A person may request a review by the director of the following agency decisions by submitting a written request, specifying the basis for the review, in accordance with procedures established by the agency:\n(a) A denial of program eligibility;\n(b) A denial of eligibility for payment under the program;\n(c) Amount of payment allowed for remedial actions;\n(d) Amount of payment allowed for a third-party claim; and\n(e) An agency request for cost repayment under RCW 70A.545.040.\n(2) A person has 45 days after the decision to file a written request for review with the director.
