{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-71a.20.020","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 71A.20.020","heading":"Residential habilitation centers.","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3) of this section, the following residential habilitation centers are permanently established to provide services to persons with developmental disabilities: Lakeland Village, located at Medical Lake, Spokane county; Rainier school, located at Buckley, Pierce county; Yakima Valley school, located at Selah, Yakima county; and Fircrest school, located at Seattle, King county.\n(2) The Yakima Valley school, located at Selah, Yakima county, shall cease to operate as a residential habilitation center when the conditions in RCW 71A.20.180(1)(a) are met.\n(3) The Rainier school, located at Buckley, Pierce county shall cease to operate as a residential habilitation center when the conditions in RCW 71A.20.191(5) are met.","path":["Title 71A","Chapter 71A.20"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=71A.20.020","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T04:06:24Z","sha256":"20520f3ded963312303172df3039bfbe91089eeb73981aea9d7b25d389f1c4ea","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-71a.20.010","next":"us-wa/rcw-71a.20.030"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
