This child malnutrition field guide must:\n(1) Be concise, but provide references to additional comprehensive and trauma-informed resources for department staff to access if needed;\n(2) Be easily accessible by department staff;\n(3) Describe how to identify signs of child malnutrition;\n(4) Include appropriate questions to ask the child and others close to the child when child malnutrition is suspected;\n(5) Include the appropriate next steps department staff may take when child malnutrition is suspected; and\n(6) Include any additional information the department deems relevant.","path":["Title 74","Chapter 74.13"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=74.13.810","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:42:22Z","sha256":"35a742e9564ddd044226f5f7b38f1d259a628489a4e07d68d6de8dab4eab439c","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-74.13.805","next":"us-wa/rcw-74.13.901"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
