{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-74.39a.360","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 74.39A.360","heading":"Training partnership.","body":"(1) If the department has any contracts for personal care services with any individual providers represented by an exclusive bargaining representative:\n(a) All training and peer mentoring required under this chapter shall be provided by a training partnership;\n(b) Contributions to the partnership shall be made under a collective bargaining agreement negotiated under this chapter;\n(c) The training partnership shall provide reports as required by the department verifying that all individual providers have complied with all training requirements; and\n(d) The exclusive bargaining representative shall designate the training partnership.\n(2) When individual providers are employed by a consumer directed employer, funding for training shall be included in the labor rate component paid to the consumer directed employer as determined and funded under RCW 74.39A.530.","path":["Title 74","Chapter 74.39A"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=74.39A.360","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T04:11:48Z","sha256":"18c402595f32b665f78181ba8a80239bddfa5e204242edf155b2340958e94f01","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-74.39a.351","next":"us-wa/rcw-74.39a.370"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
