{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-74.42.150","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 74.42.150","heading":"Plan of care—Goals—Program—Responsibilities—Review.","body":"(1) Under the attending physician's instructions, qualified facility staff will establish and maintain a comprehensive plan of care for each resident which shall be kept on file by the facility and be evaluated through review and assessment by the department.
