{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-77.65.080","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 77.65.080","heading":"License suspension—Noncompliance with support order—Reissuance.","body":"(1) The department shall immediately suspend the license of a person who has been certified pursuant to RCW 74.20A.320 by the department of social and health services as a person who is not in compliance with a support order.\n(2) A listing on the department of licensing's database that an individual's license is currently suspended pursuant to RCW 46.20.291(8) shall be prima facie evidence that the individual is in noncompliance with a support order.
