{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-85.15.040","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 85.15.040","heading":"Public hearing—Notice, publication.","body":"When a property roll is filed with the county legislative authority, the county legislative authority shall hold a public hearing to determine whether the facts and conditions heretofore recited in this chapter as a prerequisite to its application do or do not exist, and shall give notice of hearing as follows:\nThe notice shall be published at least once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper having general circulation in the area involved.
