Every place\n(1) Wherein any fighting between people or animals or birds shall be conducted; or,\n(2) Wherein any intoxicating liquors are kept for unlawful use, sale or distribution; or,\n(3) Where vagrants resort; and\nEvery act unlawfully done and every omission to perform a duty, which act or omission\n(1) Shall annoy, injure or endanger the safety, health, comfort, or repose of any considerable number of persons; or,\n(2) Shall offend public decency; or,\n(3) Shall unlawfully interfere with, befoul, obstruct, or tend to obstruct, or render dangerous for passage, a lake, navigable river, bay, stream, canal or basin, or a public park, square, street, alley, highway, or municipal transit vehicle or station; or,\n(4) Shall in any way render a considerable number of persons insecure in life or the use of property;\nShall be a public nuisance.","path":["Title 9","Chapter 9.66"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.66.010","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T00:47:26Z","sha256":"bbbb17e6657a0934a588c75d118abd7e8aaaa8ebabdb235577db7a50a9a85bb5","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-9.62.020","next":"us-wa/rcw-9.66.020"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
