{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-90.48.386","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 90.48.386","heading":"Department of natural resources leases.","body":"After May 15, 1991, the department of natural resources shall include in its leases for onshore and offshore facilities the following provisions:\n(1) Require those wishing to lease, sublease, or re-lease state-owned aquatic lands to comply with the provisions of this chapter;\n(2) Require lessees and sublessees to operate according to the plan of operations and to keep the plan current in compliance with this chapter; and\n(3) Include in its leases provisions that a violation by the lessee or sublessee of the provisions of this chapter may be grounds for termination of the lease.","path":["Title 90","Chapter 90.48"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=90.48.386","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T04:04:41Z","sha256":"cf3cd7073b610e71e6c987ed4c880b5b7d2ccb956b112750a6f862576be37215","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-90.48.368","next":"us-wa/rcw-90.48.390"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
