{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-9a.84.030","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 9A.84.030","heading":"Disorderly conduct.","body":"(1) A person is guilty of disorderly conduct if the person:\n(a) Uses abusive language and thereby intentionally creates a risk of assault;\n(b) Intentionally disrupts any lawful assembly or meeting of persons without lawful authority;\n(c) Intentionally obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic without lawful authority; or\n(d)(i) Intentionally engages in fighting or in tumultuous conduct or makes unreasonable noise, within five hundred feet of:\n(A) The location where a funeral or burial is being performed;\n(B) A funeral home during the viewing of a deceased person;\n(C) A funeral procession, if the person described in this subsection (1)(d) knows that the funeral procession is taking place; or\n(D) A building in which a funeral or memorial service is being conducted; and\n(ii) Knows that the activity adversely affects the funeral, burial, viewing, funeral procession, or memorial service.\n(2) Disorderly conduct is a misdemeanor.","path":["Title 9A","Chapter 9A.84"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9A.84.030","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T00:51:53Z","sha256":"174e86e74ca92bb9d044803d5a4c05c75d1063fea7db9383bcf544dd02b6669b","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-9a.84.020","next":"us-wa/rcw-9a.84.040"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
