Stat. § 103.04","heading":"Labor and industry review commission.","body":"(1) The commission shall issue its decision in any case where a petition for review is filed under ch. 102 or 108 or s. 66.191, 1981 stats., or s. 40.65 (2), 106.52 (4), 106.56 (4), 111.39, 303.07 (7) or 303.21.\n(2) Notwithstanding s. 227.11, the commission may not promulgate rules except that it may promulgate its rules of procedure.\n(3) The commission may employ professional and other persons to assist in the execution of its duties.","path":["Chs. 101-114, Regulation of Industry","Chapter 103 Employment Regulations"],"source_url":"https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/statutes/103.04","current_through":"2023-24 Wisconsin Statutes updated through 2025 Wis.
