Stat. § 119.40","heading":"Salary schedules.","body":"(1)\n(a) Annually, the board shall establish a schedule of salaries for all classroom teachers, not including principals and vice principals, in the schools of the city.\n(b) Annually, the board may establish one or more schedules of salaries for all its employees not covered under par.
