Stat. § 126.81","heading":"Rule-making.","body":"(1) The department may promulgate rules to do any of the following:\n(a) Interpret and implement this chapter.\n(b) Modify the license fees and surcharges under s. 126.41 (3).\n(c) Specify additional circumstances for denying claims under s. 126.70 (4) (k).\n(d) Require a contractor to notify producers and producer agents of the contractor’s license, security, or fund contribution status under this chapter.\n(2m) The department shall promulgate rules to do all of the following:\n(a) Specify license fees and surcharges under ss. 126.11 (4), 126.26 (3), and 126.56 (4).\n(b) Specify fund assessments under s. 126.46 (1).","path":["Chs. 125-139, Regulation of Trade","Chapter 126 Agricultural Producer Security","SUBCHAPTER VIII ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT"],"source_url":"https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/statutes/126.81","current_through":"2023-24 Wisconsin Statutes updated through 2025 Wis.
