Stat. § 145.165","heading":"Automatic fire sprinkler fitter-maintenance only registration.","body":"(1) An automatic fire sprinkler fitter-maintenance only registration certificate is required for any person who is employed to maintain automatic fire sprinkler systems by a business establishment registered under s. 145.175. The department shall, by rule, specify the requirements for issuing an automatic fire sprinkler fitter-maintenance only registration certificate and specify the activities in which a person holding a certificate under this section may engage.\n(2) This section does not apply to any person registered under s. 145.16 or licensed under s. 145.17 (2).","path":["Chs. 145-160, Public Health","Chapter 145 Plumbing And Fire Protection Systems And Swimming Pool Plan Review"],"source_url":"https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/statutes/145.165","current_through":"2023-24 Wisconsin Statutes updated through 2025 Wis.
