Stat. § 178.0402","heading":"Becoming partner.","body":"(1) Upon formation of a partnership, a person becomes a partner under s. 178.0202 (1).\n(2) After formation of a partnership, a person becomes a partner in any of the following ways:\n(a) As provided in a partnership agreement.\n(b) As a result of a transaction effective under subch.
