Stat. § 179.0401","heading":"Becoming general partner.","body":"(1) Upon formation of a limited partnership, a person becomes a general partner as agreed among the persons that are to be the initial partners.\n(2) After formation of a limited partnership, a person becomes a general partner in any of the following ways:\n(a) As provided in the partnership agreement.\n(b) As a result of a transaction effective under subch.
