Stat. § 180.1905","heading":"Business corporation law applicable.","body":"(1) Other provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to service corporations, including their organization, and service corporations shall enjoy the powers and privileges and be subject to the duties, restrictions and liabilities of other stock corporations, except as provided in ss. 180.1901 to 180.1921.
