Stat. § 181.1005","heading":"Articles of amendment.","body":"A corporation amending its articles of incorporation shall deliver to the department for filing articles of amendment that include all of the following information:\n(1) Name. The name of the corporation.\n(2) Text. The text of each amendment adopted.\n(3) Dates. The date of each amendment’s adoption.\n(4) Method of approval. A statement that the amendment was adopted in accordance with s. 181.1002, 181.1003 or 181.1004, whichever is the case.\n(5) When approval by others is required.
