Stat. § 190.085","heading":"Clearance of wrecks or derailments; restoration of damaged property.","body":"Every corporation constructing, owning or operating a railroad shall clear any railroad wreck or derailment from the right-of-way and adjoining property and restore or repair the right-of-way and adjoining property damaged by the wreck or derailment within 180 days after its occurrence.
