Stat. § 214.08","heading":"Registration.","body":"A savings bank holding company and each subsidiary of a savings bank holding company shall register with the division within 180 days after May 7, 1992, or within 90 days after becoming a savings bank holding company or subsidiary, whichever is later. A savings bank holding company and each subsidiary of a savings bank holding company shall register on forms prescribed by the division.
