Stat. § 214.32","heading":"Voting.","body":"(1) A member or stockholder may vote at a meeting in person or by proxy.\n(2) To determine who is entitled to vote and the number of outstanding shares, the following rules apply:\n(a) The date of determination shall be the record date for voting under s. 214.325.\n(b) A person holding one or more deposit accounts in a mutual savings bank shall have one vote for each $100 of the aggregate withdrawal value of the deposit accounts and one vote for any fraction of $100.\n(c) A stockholder shall have one vote for each share held.\n(d) Stock owned by the savings bank may not be counted or voted.\n(e) A stock savings bank shall state in its articles of incorporation that voting rights shall be vested exclusively in stockholders.","path":["Chs. 178-226, Partnerships and Corporations; Transportation; Utilities; Banks; Savings Associations","Chapter 214 Savings Banks","SUBCHAPTER V MEMBERSHIP"],"source_url":"https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/statutes/214.32","current_through":"2023-24 Wisconsin Statutes updated through 2025 Wis.
