Stat. § 214.925","heading":"Unauthorized participation by convicted individual.","body":"(1) Except with the prior written consent of the division, a person who has been convicted of a criminal offense involving dishonesty or a breach of trust may not participate, directly or indirectly, in any manner in the conduct of the affairs of a savings bank.\n(2) The directors or officers of a savings bank may not permit a person described in sub.
