Stat. § 214.935","heading":"Civil forfeitures.","body":"In addition to the enforcement authority granted to the division, the following forfeiture provisions apply:\n(1) Except as provided in sub. (2), any person who violates this chapter, any rule promulgated under this chapter or an order of the division may be required to forfeit not more than $10,000.
