Stat. § 254.181","heading":"Certificate of lead-free status and certificate of lead-safe status; fees and notification.","body":"(1) The department may impose a fee of $50 for issuance of a certificate of lead-free status and a fee of $25 for issuance of a certificate of lead-safe status. Fees under this section may not exceed actual costs of issuance and of s. 254.179.
