Stat. § 254.55","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) “Dwelling” means any structure, all or part of which is designed or used for human habitation.\n(2) “Owner” means any of the following:\n(a) A person who has legal title to a dwelling.\n(b) A person who has charge, care, or control of a dwelling or unit of a dwelling as an agent of or as personal representative, trustee, or guardian of the estate of a person under par.
