Stat. § 29.973","heading":"Commercial fish reporting system.","body":"The department shall establish and maintain a commercial fish reporting system under which the department shall establish specific reporting or record-keeping requirements that apply to all of the following:\n(1) Any person who has committed a certain number of violations of subch.
