Stat. § 35.64","heading":"Special purchases.","body":"(1) Any material and labor necessarily required in doing public printing which is not provided for by this chapter and is not required of contract printers by existing contracts, may be procured by the department.\n(2) The department may order specialty printing from suppliers when it proves to be more economical or practical.
