Stat. § 470.09","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) A person who violates this chapter or any rule promulgated under this chapter may be required to forfeit not more than $5,000 for the first offense and may be required to forfeit not more than $10,000 for the 2nd or any later offense within a year.
