Stat. § 48.37","heading":"Costs and fees.","body":"(1) A court assigned to exercise jurisdiction under this chapter and ch. 938 may not impose costs, fees, or surcharges under ch. 814 against a child under 14 years of age but may impose costs, fees, and surcharges under ch. 814 against a child 14 years of age or older.\n(2) Notwithstanding sub.
