Stat. § 48.659","heading":"Child care quality rating system.","body":"The department shall provide a child care quality rating system that rates the quality of the child care provided by a child care provider licensed under s. 48.65 that receives payment under s. 49.155 for the child care provided or that volunteers for rating under this section.
