Stat. § 54.22","heading":"Petition for authority to sell, mortgage, pledge, lease, or exchange ward’s property.","body":"Notwithstanding s. 54.20 (3) (g), (h), and (i), a person interested in the estate of a ward may petition the court to require the guardian to sell, mortgage, pledge, lease, or exchange any asset of the estate of the ward.
