Stat. § 607.21","heading":"Payments from life fund.","body":"In addition to the payments under s. 604.04 (3), and the payments which become due under its policies, the life fund shall pay:\n(1) A fee, to be determined by the manager, to the medical examiner for each medical examination made under s. 607.07 (1);\n(2) The actual expense of inspection reports;\n(3) The actual expense of adjustment of any loss or the defense or prosecution of any action; and\n(4) A fee equal to 2 percent of net premiums collected to the department of administration for general services rendered by state administrative and legislative agencies which are not otherwise charged to the fund.","path":["Chs. 600-655, Insurance","Chapter 607 State Life Insurance Fund"],"source_url":"https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/statutes/607.21","current_through":"2023-24 Wisconsin Statutes updated through 2025 Wis.
