Stat. § 63.35","heading":"Application, contents.","body":"(1) Every application, in order to entitle the applicant to appear for examination, or to be examined, must state the facts under oath on the following subjects:\n(a) Full name, residence address and post-office address.\n(b) Citizenship.\n(c) Age.\n(d) Place of birth.\n(e) Health and physical capacity for the public service.\n(f) Previous employment in the public service.\n(g) Business or employment and residence for the previous 5 years.\n(h) Education.\n(2) In addition to the information required under sub.
